If I'm going to really enjoy my mid morning 'tea', I need a place to have friendly staff, options for good treats, and a table where I can sit and enjoy watching my fellow humans pass by. The Little Sparrow kiosk in the Emporium provides all three. I've been going there almost every week (sometimes twice a week) since they first opened, which was years ago. Love their fruit toast especially...figs, apricots and more...not just raisin bread called fruit toast!!! And the staff are great.

Great coffee but sometimes the place is very crowded and when this happens the coffee is not the same. The coffee is served very fast and you can realize this. The flavor changes and the temperature may not be the best. I love the melting moments next to the FOH.
